I love the experience I have with Ailish and Alexandra finding my perfect rings for my mom.

David was an excellent sales person and found exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. I had set in mind what I wanted and the sales lady helped me think outside the box. I ended up with 3 pieces instead of 2.

Pandora is a great establishment. The associates are very attentive. In addition, they personalize your visit every time.

Upon coming in too many people were wanting me as their own.. the one who I started off with gave me false information I did not appreciate. After leaving that sales associate I continued to look around & when I found what I liked I asked another for help who is the only one who did not make me feel uncomfortable she was absolutely great!! She was very kind & honest & she assisted me to making sure my mom had a great birthday gift. She was not pressuring me into sales & I still had a decent great sale at the end. She gave her own input I enjoyed very much & was leased with her help towards me.

We were greeted, escorted in, there were less than 6 people allowed in store to keep us all safe, and associates were very helpful and polite.

I am visiting Disney from out of town and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at this pandora store! The wait to get into the store was worth the extremely high level of customer service and the time spent on making my purchases in the store. Alisha is a remarkable sales associate and made this shopping experience the best I have ever had in a Pandora store. It was truly magical and I wish I could shop at this location all of the time!
