It was easy, i knew what i wanted and the store was not over crowded.

The Pandora associate that helped me & my friend was professional, courteous, and willing to show us items we asked about as well as help us get our bracelets & necklace in order. I was a little disappointed that when I got home that afternoon I had received an email letting me know that for I was eligible to receive a "free Pandora Belt Bag" with a purchase of $125 or more and it was only available until midnight on Monday, 9/6. I spent $306.72 and the belt bag was definitely not mentioned when I checked out but it is possible that they had already run out and it was no longer available. And, I suppose, it is my fault for not checking my email until later in the day after I was already home. I would suggest that when there is a promo like that offered that some sort of mention or signage in the store would be a good idea, even if it is just to let people know that there are no more promo items available.

There was no waiting. The sales associate was professional and helpful.

Andreina helped me select the perfect charms for my memorable experience. I told her the reason I wanted to purchase a specific charm and she helped enhance the experience by suggesting the perfect add on charm to commemorate my upcoming graduation from my graduate program. I came in for one charm and left with a park exclusive mickey graduation hat. I may not be back in Orlando for a while but will always suggest stopping by the Disney Springs location for excellent service. Thanks again Andreina, I'll always remember my experience with you! (and my charms!)

The service was phenomenal! The girl who helped me choose the right charm was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for.

I went to the store to purchase specific merchandise I had seen online. All items were available. I went close to opening time so had no problem getting into store or being helped by an associate. The associate, Christine, was knowledgeable, professional, and due to her excellent salesmanship I actually purchased much more than what I had originally intended to buy!

Everyone was super friendly and kind. Didn’t have to wait long and store was very clean. My friend went in with her kid and an associate gave her stickers so that was cool!
