Bethi was awesome. Very helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made our shopping experience very easy and delightful. You should get more employees like her.

The sales associate helped me right after I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and took me to see what I asked for quickly. The bead I was looking for was in stock, so I purchase 2.

I was waited on immediately and the associate Maria R was pleasant. She was able to show me what I was looking for in a bracelet. I found other item I liked but was not looking for, but purchased. The store was clean and bright.

Great location for us because this is where we spend our vacation. The staff is always friendly and have been very patient since sometimes it is hard for me to decide. I do have a favorite location to shop for Disney charms but I like to shop at this location also because of the customer service. We had stopped earlier in the day at a counter inside a large Disney store but the three cast members there completely ignored us so I really appreciate the staff who made us feel so welcomed at this location.
