I was satisfied with my experience because I was able to get what I was planning to purchase, plus one additional item. As a Pandora associate myself in another store, I wanted to gift the sales associate the 3.0 UPT, as well as a positive review. She said she was a newer associate, but I thought she did very well. But I can't get the Disney Park exclusives in my store, so it was an easy sell. Haha.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted. Paying attention is a major factor for me. You can see that the associates are properly trained in Customer Service. Astrid made us feel like family and should be recognized for the same. Thank you Astrid for my awesome Pandora experience

The sales associate took me straight to the items I requested. The sales associate pulled several items for me and I made my selection. She promptly rung me up and neatly placed my boxed items in a Pandora bag with a pretty pink ribbon.
