Neiraliz was very welcoming and made great recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me chose a gift for my mom and my friend based on the description I gave her.

I like the number of pieces they offer, the store is very nice and located and a good place. I mostly go for the Disney exclusives so this is my favorite store to buy those from.

They have a great varied rings to choose from. My daughters love them. Love the service.

Christine was friendly and personable, even engaging my son in conversation while he helped me pick out charms. She offered many suggestions based on what I was looking for but was patient while I made my selections. Overall, I'm very happy with the pieces she helped me select. I can't wait to add them to my bracelet!

They had the item we were looking for in stock. There is an organized system in place from when you get in line outside to when you enter the store. The greeter outside was friendly and knowledgeable. Made waiting outside feel less like waiting!

We didn't have to wait long for service! Our associate was very knowledgeable, kind and patient! I was able to get all the charms and accessories I wanted! Unfortunately, we love in NC and we're visiting Disney so I won't return in 90 days.
