The assistant was friendly and very efficient

The sales associate, David M, was very friendly. He explained different options regarding the charms I was looking for, and was patient as I made my decision. I came in specifically for the bonus bracelet special. The advertised bracelet was no longer available (despite being pictured in the store window), but David showed the one being substituted and explained how to add the charms since I don’t currently own one like it. I was very happy with the service I received, as well as David’s patience and thoroughness when explaining my options.

Karla F was such an amazing help, she was so positive and uplifting. She made my poor experience using pandora online a great in store experience which makes up for the lack of support I felt from online.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because sales associates were sweet and showed me everything I wanted to see. The store was very organized and the service was fast even with many people in the store. There were no lines outside of the story and everything was displayed well!
