Melissa C. was very friendly and took the time to explain the purpose of clips. My bracelet is new (it had 2 charms prior to visiting this store). She also pointed out the difference in Disney exclusives and Disney charms and gave me a book to help pick out more!

The store is in Disney Springs. My bracelet broke, the very professional sales lady replaced it for me. I was elated! I went back to the store and purchased 2 more charms. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. She was also very energetic and excited about the charms. I enjoyed how she interacted with me and my family.

My best friend asked me to go to Pandora to buy a charm she needed. I’ve never been in a Pandora store and had no interest in buying anything for myself. Sabrina was the employee who helped me find the charm for my friend and she was very knowledge and sweet the entire time. I noticed a Disney Stitch charm and really liked it so Sabrina showed me how it could be put on a bracelet, a necklace, or earrings. Sabrina ended up spending over an hour showing me all kinds of different charms and how everything works in the store. She was very patience and knowledgeable about everything. I ended up leaving not only with the charm my friend requested me to pick up but also started my own bracelet with Disney Stitch and Simba charm on it. I am very excited to start my Pandora journey and add memories and charms to my new bracelet. Sabrina was an amazing employee and will be requesting her to assist me if she working when I come in. I actually will be returning to add the Disney Marie Charm to my bracelet most likely tonight. Was an amazing first experience and will be a repeating customer.

The sales associate was very friendly. She even showed me an additional item that was not on display that she thought I might be interested in seeing (which I was delighted that she did so).
