I was greeted with a happy friendly staff at the door who introduce me to the sales person Karla she was very friendly and had knowledge of the product when she had a question she as Karla the assistant and both did a great job . New computer system and that’s why Karla had to ask for assistance .she was great both of them

When our sales person, David M, attended us he was extremely friendly and very welcoming to all of the questions my friends and I had. He was very knowledgeable on what he was telling us and even gave us some tips on how to keep our pandora bracelets as new as possible. He even helped me rearrange mine and informed us of the complementary cleaning that I was not aware of.

The employees were very helpful especially in the 100 degree heat. They had what I was looking for and payment process went smoothly

The sales associate very helpful. This store seems to have nicer people to help, I always feel happier leaving this location compared to the one in Wesley Chapel (Probably won't go back to that one), love the Disney one
