Sales person was amazing ! She took her time with me. Showed me new products so that I can continue enjoying the many Pandora bracelets that I have.

I was told before entering the store there were 3 customers before me but I was free to browse till I could be helped. The store was not packed so my wheelchair could navigate easily and we were helped about the same time our selection was made so there was no hanging around waiting on them. The salesperson was able to locate the items I wanted quickly and after purchase arranged them on my bracelet.

Kenya was very pleasant. Showed me what I was looking for. Didn't try to push me into purchasing other items which was very, very nice.

Faith welcomed us into the store the moment we opened the door. She walked us to the item I was looking for (50th Disney charm) and showed us other charms we might like. She was friendly and engaged with both my daughter and myself. She was friendly, fast and efficient and made us feel valued as customers. Even though she placed my charm on my bracelet, she was happy to provide me with the special box for this charm. If I lived closer this would be my store.

The assistant Brieana was friendly and very helpful. We wanted a 50th anniversary charm and she helped us chose one. She was engaging and chatted with my four year old daughter, making her feel special. It was quick and easy to get what we wanted.
