Ashley was an excellent sales associate. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was able to direct us on how to resolve issues with a growing pre-teen and appropriate sizing solutions.

I had David R. From the Disney Pandora location aid in my purchase. He was so friendly and patient with myself along with my friend while we asked questions and looked at different charms. David was very knowledgeable, and had such a genuine aura to him that made my friend and I feel very welcome and at home during the entire experience. He was even able to relate to us on a personal level with our shared love of Harry Potter and Starwars. Best experience I have had at a Pandora yet!

Everyone in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of rings I was looking at and helped me find the best size.

The sales associate was very kind and let me look at several things. She wasn’t pushy at all, which encouraged me to not only buy one charm, but to buy two. The store was clean and bright and had enough space in it for us to all move around without feeling overwhelmed by each other.

They have someone at the door making sure the store is not over crowded making it pleasant. They had in stock the one piece I have been hunting for months. The service was friendly and fast which helped us get to our next stop fast before it rained.

We come to this Pandora because we like the merchandise quality. We are on vacation and buying a Pandora bead is one of the best souvenirs. The only reason we won’t be back is because of distance from our home We do plan to be back in November on our next vacation visit.

The sales associate that help me out to find a charm was very helpful. I decided not to get a charm and instead I got a new bracelet. She let me try on all the bracelets to see which one I liked. She wasn't pushy at all. Her name was Mykenya and she was so helpful and nice to me. I enjoyed talking to her and she was very educated on everything. She was great she made my day ten times better.

A wonderful sales representative approached me. She helped me decide on a charm and a keychain charm holder. I’m very satisfied with the experience and her knowledge of the products.
