Andreina was thorough explaining everything to me as I pick a gift for my wife. I had no clue what to look for but she guided me and was very helpful.

Two sales associates helped me and they were both extremely helpful but even better they were gracious, socialable, and knowledgeable. It makes me smile thinking about that store visit. Highly highly recommend!

Margaret was our sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and this is the second time she has helped us. She was able to help me pick a new charm and get a new bracelet, as my original one was to tight because of recent surgery.

Although my sales rep was very new to the company , she was very eager to help with little knowledge and still was able to help me make a sell.

I was highly satisfied over all. Although, I had a charm that was bent but it was a Disney exclusive and since we only come down once a year, I missed the year deadline for a replacement. Management did what they could to bend it back to somewhat normal, but when it comes to Disney park exclusives, I think that policy should be more lenient. It was only 2 weeks past the year.
