Professional service, polite and knowledgeable associate

The staff at Pandora is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The store is always clean and well-stocked. My best shopping experience is popping in when it's not a holiday. The one-on-one service is top-notch.

Everything that I had looked at online was available at the store for me to see in person. Sales person was very helpful with sizing and knowledge of the inventory.

As soon as I walked in the sales lady greeted me and immediately asked what i was looking for. I found what I wanted and was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes.

I had 2 experiences at 2 different stores in Charlotte, NC. One store I was highly dissatisfied bc of the lack of attentiveness by the staff, but the other store was the exact opposite and I was highly satisfied with the service of their staff.

Pandora's quality is is excellent!!! They always have exactly what I want. If not I have the option to personally engrave a charm.

The sales associate was very helpful. The store had a good selection of merchandise. The wait to get in the store was not long.

Oh my gosh!!! My experience was amazing I only went in to get my bracelets cleaned but the experience I had with Elana was perfect she rearranged my charms on my bracelets and made them look like a work of art. She is so precise and has such an eye for detail

Service provided by Elaina was absolutely amazing. She was able to assist myself and my friend with not only selecting the perfect charms but also arranging them in a way that made our bracelets look BEAUTIFUL!! Can not wait to return to the store for more.
