This Pandora visit was extraordinary. I was met by Jerry the store manager, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight. He then brought on over Darelys. They are both a dynamic duo. I travel monthly and to many different countries and I am always in search of destinations charms. I must say this is the first Pandora I visit in the states that has so many charms from other countries. I will never go to another Pandora store. This was amazing and I was so happy to find a store that Carrie’s exactly what customers are looking for. I was able to buy so many charms that I have not had the chance to obtain during my travels because of time limitations. Darelys was patient, kind, fast enough to keep up with me and my million questions. Jerry was also patient with me and having to get all the charms I wanted to see. I was in shock at the merchandise in stock. I can’t wait to comeback and visit and see what other charms come to inventory. Also, to see such friendly people. Their customer service was superb they won me over and I don’t think I’ll visit another Pandora.

The customer service was excellent! The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help locate the requested pieces. It was a team effort to find the bracelet and contact other store locations! Specifically, this store location deserves all the praise :) Shout out to Jerry and Dafne! Best Pandora experience so far.

With everything I was very satisfied, but I was disappointed about the Christmas ornament that was not available for purchase this year (2022). Very disappointing. All year I look forward to the craftsmen ship of the ornament for the year.
