I went to fix my pandora bracelet locket with the one year guarantee. The sales person Carla helped and was very nice, she rearranged the bracelet charms and asked how I would like to place/arrange them, then showed us the new charms that had just come in, and I bought three new ones. I was very pleased with her assistance and everyone around. Thank you!

The wait time was minimum. The lady who helped me was Great, showing the pieces I want buy and always with a smile. She packs all the piece the way I asked her to. THank you
