The saleslady has a incredible disgusting attitude. First of all, she was telling us wrong prices that I later checked on the website just to sell us a more expensive bracelet. She also told us that that store did not have certain products that we were asking for and later on we saw other lady showing those. She was hurring us up during the entire visit and was very rude. That was my brother's first visit to pandora and he was buying a present for his wife, obviously we took some time to decide and that was not good news for her apparently. I highlight the function of the storemanager that without us saying a word she came to us and asked if was everything ok and offer us the option to make the survey.

The sales associate lacked customer service skills. I felt rushed and she kept insisting whether I was going to pay cash or credit. She jotted the merchandise on a notepad and then asked me to proceed to the cashier. Another sales associate was there ready to charge. To my husband and my dismay, we were overcharged while paying cash. When we questioned them, they said the item in the merchandise book was marked incorrectly. My husband paid anyway. I stepped outside the store double checked the receipt and returned inside to correct the error. I knew the merchandise marked value and knew that we were overcharged. It seemed to me as if it were an inside job to overcharge the merchandise to pocket the cash. I spoke with the sales associate and they returned the money that was being overcharged.

I was not satisfied because the associates were racists as if they didn’t think I was able to make a $781 purchase. Also, they made me drive 40mins back to the store once I was home to clear up a situation that they could of resolved over the phone.

The Manager and employees did not treat me with respect or my sister. She looked down on us for being young, little does she know she lost two great customers. I will take my money and go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed at the management. I can’t believe the manager and employees treated me with such little care. I will not be coming back to this store location I will shop somewhere else.

I did not like the service I received. The sales associate was pushy when I said not to the promotion. Then the manager was also shocked hat I did not participate in the promotion. I felt like I was cared for less because I was not buying everything in sight like everyone else. What if I was on a budget? I was not even give a box for my bangle. I did not appreciate how they made me feel.
