The charm that I was looking for was not in the case the lady that was helping didn’t know where to look for it at so I had to wait for someone else to her help her find it then she didn’t know the price so I don’t know if I over paid because the other associates just gave her a price off the top of her head, I want to but some of the last chance charms the ones I wanted was not priced in the case there where three that I wanted two associates didn’t know the clearance price I went on your website well in the store to find the price but once again they where saying any price because they didn’t know I showed them my phone and said the online price is 36.99 how could in the store be 44.99 no one could give me a answer I just left very disappointed I buy charms from all over and never had this kinda experience.

Two very expensive gifts were purchased for two separate individuals with my personal credit card during a "promotional gift with purchase" period. GREAT DEAL, I thought! I gifted those two promotional gifts away to MOM and Mother in Law. I returned to Pandora at Int. Mall, Fl. with the intention to transfer the original items purchased on my credit card receipt to a cash receipt for the same items. (This way the individuals can each have their own cash receipt and these gifts wouldn't be tied up to my credit card..) AND THIS IS WHERE MY DISSATISFACTION BEGINS!! I was told I needed to return the PROMOTIONAL GIFTS to cancel this whole transaction in order for me to be able to transfer all this from a credit card payment to cash payment FOR THE SAME ITEMS!!! I wasn't returning or asking for any refund?? I can't get those gifts back from moms?? RIDICULOUS!! THIS JUST DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!!! So I learned that when PANDORA has promotional GIFT giving deals and you go back for exchange of refund, with receipt, you have to give such gift back. Not a good company rule I think. It's not really a GIFT, if you have to give it back! Taking my business somewhere else!

I bought a ring, and was thinking about buying a gold one, the sales associate thought that perhaps the gold one was too expensive for me, and didn’t showed it to me. Also, she didn’t gave me a pouche to hold the ring or something I had to ask for it. I will not buy from this store ever again.

Sales Associate was very help and nice. She offered opinion when asked. Loved items I purchased. I was very pleased that all the items I wanted were available and I did not have to either wait or go to another store. Very pleased.

it was mu first time on Pandora and i bought a rose gold charm and brasalet but the girl who attended me was very nice and everything but she never told me that i could not get my brasalet wet and i work at a restaurant wit water less than 3 days after it was black she should had tell me that so i could buy a silver one
