Sales rep were completely rude. Sales rep completed service with customer prior to me went to the back for about 5 minutes or so came back out looked around and finally decided she would help after realizing her other associates were still busy. Manger was so rude to my boyfriend after he asked for help

I went to the store in mind buying Christmas gifts for my family, the lady who attend me, she doesn’t want to show my the merchandise, she was looking at me with a face that she doesn’t want to work! I felt very bad, I have the Pandora Credit Card and I have money to buy too! No one needs to be traded like that! Very sad!

We were on the line for about 30 minutes and when she followed us they passed a lady who arrived and did not make a line, she only greeted what I think is the manager, she told her that she sent her a text message to save the put on the line and step !!!! why????

Extremely poor customer service. The associate ignored that I was waiting to be attended even after manager alerted her of my presence and telling me that I would be helped immediately after the associate sanitized her equipment. Once the associate did so she proceeded to admiring another associates client purchases and even volunteered to write some type of card for them. The manager eventually helped me and I picked up the bracelet I went for and left. I will not be returning to the Miami International Mall Pandora store ever.

Manager of store needs some customer service training. Employees were not 6 ft apart. And manager and staff are rude. Need to be careful how they speak to customers.

La vendedora enojada .. No tenia lo que yo queria no tenia variedad. Primero me cobran un precio y luego hacen un void ..y luego me cobran otro .. perdí mi tiempo ..
