At time for check out I tell the cashier I was paying in cash and card. I tell her that I wanted to pay a certain amount card and the rest cash. When the card goes through she failed to tell me the card didn’t go through for the amount I anticipated so I owed more money in cash. Bc I didn’t know, when she tells me I still owe I’m confused. And the way she told me wasn’t comforting either. She said “I don’t know why but you own more in cash.” How comforting... And before she explained to me what happened she snapped and handled the situation so rudely. All she had to say was “the card didn’t accept the total you said”. But instead she talked down to me as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I’m allowed to know what I paying for. It’s common courtesy to explain to the customer why she is being charged more. Not simply say “I don’t know why it’s charging you more”. That sure makes me feel better about handing you my money. If you can’t even calculate.

The reason why I’m not satisfied is because every time I go into a store the associates are very rude every time you ask them a question they get agitated they get bothered when you ask them to see different type of jewelry, last time that I was there the associate was really really really rude now I wonder again and I experienced the same thing all the Celsius are rude and like they don’t want to do their job

Le compre a mi hija un anillo y lo fui a cambiar por una talla más grande y la vendedora porque era un cambio y no compraba otra cosa me atendió con desprecio muy mal y hasta hizo que termine la atención una compañera y no ella , con muy mala cara y haciendo gestos que entendí Perfecto Me sentí Despreciada

The manager is very rude I spend over $2,000 and she didn’t want to give me a simple big bag to put my little ones inside. And she has an attitude problem you need to have friendly people. I will never go back to this store until the manager gets replace.

I went to the store and the people took forever with my order. Than when I told them there was a glitch in the order I made they made it such a huge issue that it started giving me anxiety. Than I asked the rep for something else from the same line and she knew nothing I seriously was disappointed by everything

I went to the Pandora located at the Miami International Mall and the sales associate by the name of “Andrea C.” Was very rude and showed no type of customer service. I did not mention anything to her simply because I am not the type of person to be rude to sales associates. At the end of the day I still made a purchase but only because I did not feel comfortable and just wanted to leave.
