The sales person Carola C. No. 160841 was helpful and pleasant; however the sales manager was extremely rude. She was unprofessional and spoke down to me, I had to stop her and remind her that I am the client.

Es la primera vez que visito Pandora, la señorita que me atendió fue bastante grosera, me hubiera gustado ver más charms pero por su actitud no me dieron ni ganas. El regalo es para un intercambio y tenía cierto limite de precio, y lo único que decía la mujer es que cuando me dicidiera le hablara, solo le pedí que me mostrara 4 charms. Como si quería comprar el regalo me lo lleve pero la verdad hasta quisiera regresarlo por su actitud. Que ganas voy a tener de regresar si nos van a atender de esa forma?

I went in for an exchange and a sales associate named Aida helped me. She was rude form the very beginning telling me that I couldn’t exchange it there since it was bought in another store but I had my original receipt and was under the 30 days. When she asked the manager the manager was more than happy to help (great service form manager). Then when Aida was forced to work with me she kept insisting that I bring the person whom I was buying the gift for to pick it out (and I had to tell her more than three times no). She was also questioning my choices of why didn’t I return back with the person I was buying the gift for. When I asked her if she could show me the options she flat out said no after showing me two rings and changed me over to another sales associate. Everyone else in the store had great customer service and I have never had a problem considering that is my local pandora and go very frequently however after having this experience won’t be returning back to that location. Horrible customer service from Aida but thankfully the other associates were able to help.

The seller wasnt clear when offering the merchandising, she wasnt able to show everything that was available in the store. I made questions and she couldnt answer. Horrible attention

I love pandora and the main reason I went in last week was for a bracelet because The one I have keeps opening up and so i wanted to move my charms to a new bracelet but they didn’t have any in my size which is 19 or 20 its a normal common wrist size. Also wanted to see the collection that was on sale and they didn’t have any selections or different sizes. Another thing is that the college student discount from Unidays given to pandora customers they wont take it in the store. Which is unfair because online or in store should not determine whether you can accept a discount or not. I’m just so disappointed at that store and the employees not all are bad but many are just so rude and always working super fast to finish fast with the customer and go on to the next.

The salesperson kept trying to sell me other items and got visibly upset that my mother and I wanted to make separate transactions. Following this I asked for gift packaging and she packed the charm so quickly and carelessly in such a hurry when there was no one at the store. Completely unacceptable the packaging is so ugly and I cannot believe I was treated so poorly. I work in retail myself and would never pull what she did.

The sales associate pushed me to enter my email which I did. Theb she asked me to ebter name and lst name and I told her why she needed all that just to make a payment. She very rude told me that I cannot exchange or have warranty unless I give her the data. I told her that cannot be and that I should be able to exchange the product with the purchase ticket but she insisted. I told her I was not going to give her my personal data and again very rudely she spoke to herself and she still entered my name and saved my data into the system. At that time there was an issue paying with Apple pay and another person ended up helping with the payment (another guy and other sales associate- a girl- who has helpful too). I told them that I had a very bad experience with the sales woman and they apologized and suggested that they could remove my data. I told them not needed but I explain everything to these two people and about my dissapointment. This is not the right way to do this or to get personal data from clients. These last two associates were respectful and understanding and I appreciate it.

Horrible customer service and sales associate did not speak English. She left before finishing the business transaction and assign us another associate.
