The sale associate was not helpful, i did not know what to gift and needed help but the manager and sales associate seemed annoyed which made me annoyed ( there was a new person being trained and he was a true gentleman but expressed he couldn’t help because he was in training) it seem that the sale associates with longer time are sick of customers.

Charms that I wanted were out of stock, sales clerk did not check if they were available in any other stores or could not advise when it would be back in stock. Sales clerk refused to show me the entire tray of charms so i could choose one that I liked...instead, she was constantly bending down in the cupboards and showing me charms one by one which was not very helpful since I could not see the entire range

My first visit was pleasant and the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. However, I later did not like the way the charm looked on my bracelet and decided to exchange it. The sales associate that helped me do the exchange gave me a hard time from the beginning when I told her I wanted to make an exchange. She kept emphasizing how difficughe return would be and even gave me a charm/clip that was missing the rubber piece to it. I went later to try and explain to a manager that I felt the exchange was done incorrectly and that I was missing the rubber for the clip. She dismissed my complaint, did not explain why the exchange was done the way it was done and left. The manager sent another sales associate out with the rubber piece out to me. She never even acknyme after... I am so disappointed and will never return to this pandora.

Sales associate very rude, had no desire to sell. Put the heads of Mickey and Minnie wrong, and the look she gave was not nice. Forgot my credit card, and it looked like it was a mission for her to look it up.

The attitude of the sales associate was poor and left much to be desired. Her face and tone just gave off the feeling of ugh and like she did not care to help me. I tried smiling and being friendly but the tone of the sales associate was just unfriendly throughout the whole experience. Left there feeling unwelcomed.

I felt very rushed by Aida at my time of visiting this Pandora when there was no other customers in the store. Another employee proceeded to asked her if we were going to purchase anything, which is also slightly rude. My total time spent at the store does not exceed twenty minutes.

The shine collection bee was not available, the bangle size 17 was nos available, not other bangle except the classic was available.

Primero que todo gaste más de $400 la señorita no tubo paciencia para esperar que tomara decisiones para escoger lo que yo quería , y por si fuera poco me cobraron doble una pieza y perdí tiempo y gasolina , y realmente estaba decidida a no usar más la tarjeta de Pandora ni pasar a comprar y quise regalarle a mi hija un anillo de Pandora y termine en la tienda de Pandora y compre más una cosa pero tuve mala experiencia con Pandora y ahora estoy deudada y mal servicio
