Sales person needs training in customer service. Did not listen to what I was asking. Tried selling higher priced items instead of what I was asking for.

No me gusta quejarme pero siempre he comprado y nunca he tenido un problemas las muchachas muy amables pero mi hija compro el lines unos regalos 馃巵 se pago con mi targeta cuando lleg贸 a la tienda no me entregaron la compra porque ella no puso que yo la buscar铆a pero me parece algo fuera que si yo tengo mi ID mi targeta con que se pago no me dieron lo ordenado tube que cancelar la orden y volver yacer la compra me incomod贸 mucho porque si estoy dando la informaci贸n de mi hija mi ID mi targeta hicieron eso yo vivo por el NE y busque las cosas por el mall internacional porque si ten铆an lo que buscaba y pues yo andaba cerca mi hija solo hizo la orden pierde tiempo uno se molesta y pidiendo solucionar el problema pero las muchachas por atentas pero si me incomode me moleste por lo sucedido pero creo que si la persona tiene la informaci贸n aunque no apares a en el sistema que ella lo recibe si tiene todo y proporciona todo no creo que lo hagan perder el viaje tiempo y $ no soy persona de poner queja pero me gusta Pandora hago compra para regalos 馃巵 y no me parece justo que uno pase algo as铆 con todo ese tr谩fico que uno agarra para llegar al lugar feliz d铆a

The manager Yvette eluded that i may not be able to return my item which was purchased before the store closed for the pandemic. Just because the whole country didn't react at the same time doesn't mean that some of us weren't already taking precautions to avoid public places like the mall. She returned to let me know that she would be making an exception and exchange my item, but that it's a one time courtesy. I think during these times retailers should be a little more lenient and sensitive especially not knowing how this pandemic has affected it's customers. I will not be returning to this location and honestly just prefer to make my purchases online moving forward if at all!

There were 4 attendants doing nothing thruogh the store talking to each other while I was trying to find an item for a gift, none of them paid attention and when I asked for help they started to call the others and finally the third one came to help me. I felt ignored, and if not that I was getting somenthind requested, I would had walked away to get something else, elsewhere.

Because they messed up my order. I called and was sent to a so called corporate store that wasn鈥檛, it鈥檚 a franchise. Could do my full return or exchange. And still wasn鈥檛 able to get what I paid for.

Anytime i had been in this store looking for specific merchandise, it's not available. This last time i went there looking for 2 specific rings and like several times before they didn't have it.
