Fui a hacer un Cambio y la manager me puso muchos problemas y me Dijo que sólo iba a hacer una exepcion por esta vez . Y eso no es así porque en todos los lugares cuando se verifica la venta se hace el cambio sin problema. La manager no atiende bien pone muchas objeciones muy mala

I asked about a promo of a free bracelet and they said it was only if i applied to the pandora credit card so i didnt buy anything else... but it was for a purchase of $125 or more, not only the credit card. i feel robed.

Ya los servicios bada que ver con años anteriores,varios empleados trabajando y hay que hacer una cita para limpiar un brazalete cosa que era política de la tienda,y la cita esperar dos meses,está bien que sabado y domingo no ofrezcan ese servicio pero entre semana,ya no te organizan el brazalete o sea los charm té los cuelgan ahí como quiera,pésima mi experiencia,después del Covid 19.

I'm not satisfied with the store for the service I got I rather order on line. I understand the covid is still around but to not show the charms because of covid really. I spend over $ 300.00 and the service really was horrible.

After spending over 250.00 with on line shopping and store purchases, I was told I did not qualify for the promotional free bracelet.

I had to wait 40 in line to get in and out of the store. There were 23 sales associates working and 2 supervisors standing around talking! It wasn’t until they stepped in to help 40 min later that the line began to move! I was literally the 5th person in line outside the store and lost my entire lunch period waiting in line!

The associate in the beginning was somewhat nice & then she just felt like she was a bit “rushing” I didn’t felt like she allowed me choose from the different options to pick from & just kept feeling rushed & whenever I would ask her nicely to show me a product she would make a face & seemed she didn’t really wanted to be there. I ended up leaving & going to a different Pandora.

Associate didn't seem interested to assist, I was rather disappointed in this store because I frequently purchase Pandora. This is my 4th bracelet and I never received such nonchalant service
