cuando entre a la tienda solicite el servicio de limpieza de dos pulseras que llevaba y una vendedora me dijo que en ese momento nadie me podia atender!! obviamente que si hubiera querido comprar ella misma me atendia pero como el servicio q estaba solicitando era free se rehuso. luego amablemente otra vendedora se ofrecio y me atendio y de hecho hice con ella una compra , ya que fue muy amable conmigo

Very long wait to get into the store

I had to wait for around 30 minutes without nobody paying attention to me. Also a couple who arrived after me was take care first. I though that I was "invisible"

I was not giving a cloth. For wiping new pandora for after use.Previous time in other stores was given a cloth after spending so much. Seems petty. I believe if someone spends over $200 that they should be just given a cloth. instead when I asked they try to sell me one. The cost for the cloth cost less then a doller to make. come on pandora

Yo si estoy satisfecha

I was told the ring was something like 56 dollars plus 30% off, I agree to purchase the ring, when it came to the purchase the 30% was taken off of 80something dollars that she never mentioned the ring price, the salesperson called the manager and the manager claimed the 30 percent was already taken off ..it was a scam

Sales rep was not helpful and would not listening to my questions.

La primera asociada se enfocó en lo que yo buscada, facturó las dos pieza y no me preguntó desea algo más o tengo esto para un buena combinación.... So tuve que quedarme para que otra chica me vendiera la otra pieza que quería

I did not feel valued as a customer. It took about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. They were not understaffed, I felt I was just being ignored. The person that eventually helped me was NOT very friendly at all either!
