I was slightly not satisfied because the customer service person wasn't able to explain herself well. She said i could get a pair or earrings and ring with the purchase of my necklace. After i looked around thinking that it comes with the necklace, she then specifies that she didnt mean that. The misunderstanding was slightly dissapointing, but im happy with my purchase. Thank you

Started attended with one associate that after leaves me with one with no experience at all also the bracelet I want was on sale online/store and they told me that can’t give the discount. Any way I bough it. The sale associate dropped the earrings I bought and didn’t change for other ones, not that they broke bait any way because of costumer service satisfaction she need it to gave me other ones

Did not have items advertised, when asked were I could find them, the assosiates told me to go and shop arround. Had to go thru 5 different Pandoras in order to find what I was looking for!

I'm writing due to the great disappointment I am experiencing with my Pandora clip. Last year my husband surpriseme with a brand new Pandora bracelet with two clips. I was ecstatic since my friends at work all have one. And I have never owned one. He was then buying me different charms to fill the bracelet on a monthly basis. But just last week I noticed the original clip he bought me just fell off without warning. I then asked several co-workers and they said they have the same experience. I do not understand how the clips are just falling off when they're supposed to be clipped on tightly. There is a malfunction with these clips. And Pandora should be investigating this. These clips and charms are costly. I would need to spend another 35 to replace my original clip. will no longer be buying Pandora Clips or charms as a fear they will fall off.

La razón es porque cuando uno va a limpiar las Pandora no te dan la misma atención que cuando vas a comprar y me parece que no debe ser así porque son las mismas Pandora que uno compra ahí y no sabe si el cliente va a comprar más deberían mejor ese aspecto gracias
