It’s hard to communicate with the sales staff since most of them speaks spanish. The sales personnel kept showing me items i am not interested which made my stay in the store longer that people waiting outside left the waiting line.

The lady that assisted me was not helpful at all. she had a horrible face expression that seemed I was a bother to her. I kindly asked her questions if she had anymore other than that was being displayed she stated no but I noticed there were! She did not want to help me,I Felt due to arriving with my work uniform on she assumed I would not be purchasing very disappointed on the service as well will be going to a different store, bad vibes!

the seller showed no interest in my questions about the product I bought, asked if there were other variations or similar styles of what I was looking for and she simply said "no" without even looking or wanting to know

The customer service @ 1855-922-2600 super unprofessional, they do not respect the clients, they lack much to learn, it has been the worst experience I have had and not only one assistant but several who attended me are jus as bad. Pandora need better training for you people over this phone line please.
