Llegue a las 10 am, la puerta estaba sin llave trate de entrar y me dijeron no estamos abiertos todavia, pregunte a que horas abrian y me dijeron las 2 atendents q no sabian si a las 10.30 o a las 11, volvi 5 minutos despues y ya estaban atendiendo, no entiendo si abren a las 10 debe ser a las 10, not friendly at all.

The associate was very pushy, trying to make the deal as fast as she could. Probably I would have bought something else, but she was specially interested that I take the bracelet that was for free if I spend $125. I was not happy to be treated like that, in a hurry to make the deal and get the free bracelet that was offered.

The lady, which all I know is Colombian, did not offer other sizes. I think honestly she did not want to exchange what I needed to. She was kind of trying to block the exchange somehow. I had to tell her to give me options. It was all cold “no’s” to everything. Plus, she was training a new hire, and the sweet new addition to the family was kind and noble. Don’t think was the right person to train the new member. I love Pandora, but will not recommend this one store to anyone. Kudos to the manager on duty, very profesional and knowledgeable person.

Felt rushed after just picking product I ordered. Representative tries to up sell but soon as a said no. Rushed to put me aside and didn’t pack my product like the one I’ve received at the dadeland location. Really needed so I left. But I was tempted to go back and return due to her service

I bought 2 new charms way abovethe $55 limit and could not get my bracelet clean without an appointment. That's ridiculous. Then the associate didn't give me a bag or anything to place the charms in if I wanted to take them off my bracelt. I've never had that kind of experience before. Smh. I'm am visiting family in Miami and even they thought it was a weird experience. Smh.

Walking in, i felt like i was a bother to the sales rep. And that i was just a number they needed to serve and go in to the next customer. There was no suggestions based on what i asked for and as i walked around the store, i kept finding similar alternatives for what i was asking for. So either theyre not too familiar with the merchandise or they just didnt want to help me. Not to mention that who im guessing might have been the manager kept looking at most customers like we were going to steal something so it made the experience uncomfortable.

There’s a line to avoid over filling the store, which is great, but there was a customer who said she had a “question”, they let her in while others waited in line and it wasn’t just a question. Someone attended her for more than 15 min. My sales representative was very rude - I asked for options (family charms) and she would only take out 2-3 at a time. When I purchased a charm, I asked for a box and she said Pandora was no longer supplying them, but I saw another customer get one.

The sales associate Ana was very rude. She seemed very annoyed when I mentioned I wasn't sure if my ring size was one or the other. When I asked to try the larger size, she threw the ring in the tray instead of placing it gently
