I think the store is super small and it’s too much for a store that has their jewelry expensive. The seller was slow and they want to force you to get the pandora credit card. It was annoying telling them I didn’t want the credit card.

I spend $300 on a gif and the size was incorrect when I return to the store to try to change it for the correct size they never help me, I pass 5 times to try to resolve the issue, but the customer was horrible they always make feel like I doing something wrong and always looking for any stupid reason to tell me no, finally in the last time after they tried many times find another excuse to told me no again ( excuses like oh you buy this online and that is no correct because was in this store, other like oh you buy this on promotion and is incorrect I paid the full price) finally they changed the items for the right size but they charged me $64, is not about the money is all about the customer service, honestly was horrible!!

im a pandora lover xmas received 2 of the same charm n was not able to xchange for the one i wanted the sales associate not to concern with my dilemma take what ever was available sorry but not satisfied with her answer .....this is after waiting almost a month like the manager of the store had suggested...she said well today is the last day for you to exchange if not you have tokeep what you have .

The sales associate was too persistent. She did not understand the word no and just kept pushing me and the person I was with to buy things we did not want.

Es normal q por la temporada se haga fila fuera de la tienda, pero al ingresar la vendedora me atendió enojada y no me permitió realizar una compra en tranquilidad y satisfacción

Store was nearly empty with 5 employees working wanted to clean a ring but not one could do they just gave me a buff that look like it didn't do much. Told me to come back woth an appointment.
