The customer rep was sick and she could barely speak. Though she was trying to be helpful, it was hard for her to communicate. At the end I was still able to get what I needed.

When you purchase an item and it starts falling apiary due to everyday wear(normal) and it needs to be sent to get fixed by a certified pandora personnel.... they give you such hassle. With the amount of money I’m investing, this should never be a problem nor a mission. Very disappointed when it comes down to fixing something originally bought in your store.

Too crowded, not enough representatives although they were super nice and professional. Time to wait in the line and to pay

I felt the Disney charms (Princess Dresses) were extremely overpriced. They should be no more than$45.00 based on prior charms and their prices. Also though the sales person was not rude, she also was not friendly or engaging. Though I purchased 3 charms in less than 15 minutes, I felt she just wanted me to buy and move on to the next customer. I went this past Wednesday at 2:30, I had to wait 30 minutes on line outside and once inside I was asked what I wanted. I felt so pressured that though I had wanted to look around and purchase other pieces, I was made to feel that I couldn’t. So I left with only 3 charms. I wish I had been attended by the sales person who knew me instead of this young girl. I have over $10,000 worth of Pandora jewelry. Let alone what I have purchased as gifts for friends. I did appreciate the buy two get one free. Had it nit been for this promo, I would not have purchased the Disney charms.

Everything was perfect,but I had to wait like 10 to 20.The service was perfect at the end

Didn’t find any good deals I spent almost $300.00 but hopped that next week you will have a deal for Black Friday
