I went in with a knowledge of what I wanted to buy and the merchandise was not available. I selected 7 different charms and none of those were in stock

The check out process took way too long. Once you e decided on the items we wanted to purchase it took over 20 minutes to check out. Other than that, the experience was great.

Gostei do atendimento . Eu comprei bracelet e charm e achei que faltou uma embalagem melhor , veio somente enrolado em uma folha de papel e em uma caixa de papel . Acho que deveria ter uma caixa para armazenamento

They didn't have any music beads, only one which was very expensive. There was only one bracelet in my size of the one I wanted, so I was almost unable to get it. I don't like how there are no prices on the beads you have to ask for every single one you are interested in. I was happy there was a sale because normally many of the beads are too expensive for me.
