They didnt have a charm I was looking for

i was not highly satisfied , because the store associated did not explain to me about the bracelet how it was a new style and i would not be able to put certain things on it, which i came to find out on my own later on after the purchase.

Waiting time was more than expected

I was high satisfied with the services . All was good

Several of the employees where free and I had to ask several times for attention. I always come to th same location and the service has been always the same. Don’t go to another one because of the distance. This is closest to my home. Not a very friendly staff. They seemed to hav not to much knowledge. Heard one of the coworkers tell my representative something about a special and she didn’t even cared. I’m sorry. I love pandora. But until now I have n ver had a good experience with the sales representatives. And I don’t think this store has a very good selection and exhibition of merchandise.
