I was getting this charm for my girlfriend when she got it, she realized it opened and it says “ home is where mom is “. I now have to go back and exchange it due to insufficient knowledge of the product but other than that every went well!

Me dijeron que podia cambiar el size de la Pulsera y llame a la tienda de pandora ubicada en hialeah y me maltrataron (manager) me dijeron que eso no era posible que si la poliza, en fin me dijeron que seria un supuesto cliente vip y no senti nada d eso en la llamada, todo lo contrario.

I’m so glad whit my experience

there were limited options available to choose from.

The associates were rude including the manager. It was my first time buying at pandora; and I asked if I can get any discount or any deal because I spent more than $300 and the manager told me in a rude way that $300 wasn’t a lot of money to spend in order to give me any discount. Also, that there were customers that spent $7000 and they didn’t give them any discount either which is not true because in my family everyone loves pandora and they get deals after spending a certain amount of money on a purchase. Then, returned the third day to exchange an item after I purchased Pandora’s stuff, and the girl who attended me was nice. Her name was Isela.

The store was very nice and had a lot of employees that were helping around the store. The bracelet was very nice and comfty. I will come back

This level of professionalism of the staff was amazing. The quality and the quantity and variety of products that were available were very satisfactory. the staff helped me to decide in a timely manner what i was looking for.

Was in the store for sometime before anyone came to me. It was the 50% sale and an Associate was supposed to be at door allowing persons to enter but no one was there. After I explained, all went well. The Sales Associate who served me was excellent.

Because it was good period . Why are you people blowing up my phone with 75 emails & expect me to right 3 sentences as if this is an essay. Leave me alone. I unsubscribed, respect that.
