I didn't think the employees were that friendly. I felt my daughter and I was rushed to get in and out so others could come in.

The sales associate Aida, was very cooperative and tried to help us. Unfortunately, her manager/supervisor was very rude and didn't want to hear what we were trying to explain. She only honored the exchange bc she just didn't want to deal with us. Mind you, we were alerting her to a problem that others might have and she was giving us her opinion which was actually incorrect. I understand she might have been frustrated by a long day and long lines, but it does not dismiss the fact that we had a receipt and that there was a problem. She exchanged the pair of earrings but she literally told the sales associate "just give it to her" and threw the earrings on the counter. The sales associate was actually uncomfortable by the situation but rose to the occasion. It was because of her that we continued the purchase bc I was ready to walk out!

Hice fila por más de 2 horas. De 4 empleados 2 estuvieron atendiendo al mismo customer desde que llegué hasta que me fui (una no decidía qué elegir y otra haciendo cambios) Para empeorar todo, permitieron que se marchara una empleada
