Covid precautions, while understandable, made a quick trip into a long experience through waiting in lines and waiting for available employees. I also intended on going in and looking around at the jewelry in person to decide what I wanted, but was not allowed. Instead, they gave me a booklet to look out of, which I could have just done online. Employees were not overly friendly, but knew what they were talking about regarding the jewelry.

I went to exchange a charm I purchased online. The line was very long. The pop-up shop outside the store was not set up to handle customers when i arrived at 10:15am. I think had it been set up the line might have moved faster. Service was great though. Would visit again.
