La vendedora no sabía mucho de lo que le solicitaba y creí que su ignorancia la hizo un poco engreida o Talves pensó que le estábamos haciendo perder el tiempo y no íbamos a comprar nada, pero llego otra vendedora y le ayudo y ahí obtuvo lo que quería.

Que la mujer escondía mucho las cosas y no me dejaba ver bien las cosas como si la fuera a robar o algo

Demora en la atención, el charm que queria estaba en internet pero no lo había en la tienda

The stores is very small and it’s crowded even with sales associates so adding clients makes it almost claustrophobic. As well as the store being a bit too hot and uncomfortable.

No no todo muy bien

The person who attend me was not kind to my perception. Her customer service was rude.

told the associate was looking for a first time adult bracelet, repeatedly. when i got home and got a closer look at the bracelet i noticed that it was just to small, it looked like a childs bracelet tried it on just to see maybe it just looked that way but confirmed that it even get close for me to clasp it closed. i was highly upset for it was for a gift that i was not able to deliver that weekend. what upsets me the most is that repeatedly told her that it was for an adult and if the size she was selling me was at least 7 to 7 1/2 inch bracelet ..again for an adult. now i have to go back which it's not around the corner from my house.... its at least a 30 to 40 minute ride... Ms. Upset..

Would like to have more purchase options for men , charms that say Dad , a crown ect , rings , earrings, chains fit for a man
