Todo muy bien

Try to make an order online and it didn't work, was not able to check out. The links for payments method were not working. Was not able to paid for, s I was forced to go to the store in person just to find a long line. Had to wait for about 45 minutes to get in.

1. The sales clerk was helpful

This was my first time going to Pandora, I was there for a simple charm for my mom. The line to just go in the store is insane!! I was literally there for like an hour.... It’s not the workers fault; every customer just took SO INCREDIBLY LONG to just pick out 1 charm.... ridiculous. I went in and was at the cash register in like 3 minutes and I only took THAT long bc they didn’t have the charm I originally wanted (I browsed online prior to going). I bought one of the other charms I had on my wishlist, so I’m not totally dissatisfied either... it just sucks that the store is so small and only a handful of people could go in at a time (obvi bc of COVID and bc it’s a jewelry store) but still... that was my only complaint. Oh I totally forgot to mention the old lady who said she “had an appointment set for a week ago for a cleaning” and just decided to cut in line even though everyone else was waiting for an hour.... lol

The wait time to enter the store was too long.

Requested receipt of second purchase and didn’t receive it. Waited in line again by cashier and manager gave me her number to send her a text so she can email it to me. Still have not received it. I’m going to have to make the drive back to international mall and request it again. Not happy
