First I've placed an online pickup order including the free bracelet but I couldn't make it in 3 days and it was canceled even when I tried to extend the pickup time. I went to the store to buy the same item as and they told me they run out of bracelets and they didn't make any effort to compensate me

I was disappointed to find out that cleanings could only be done by appointment. The sales associate did share the info on when and where I could make an appointment. I was however disappointed at how it was shrugged off when I mentioned that the bracelet that I was adding my new charms on was tarnishing. She just added the charms and completed the sale while letting me know that I could purchase a cleaning kit. It would’ve been nice to at least clean that particular bracelet even if the other 3 couldn’t be done.

There is a sales person in that store a little rude maje was not the one taking care of me but was next to us Carla was my sales person and she is excellent
