Except for one person, the staff did not speak fluent I needed to clear a bracelet I had. They said it would take an hour. I returned in an hour but it was notbready. It took 2 hours to clean. I would have preferred to be told before that it would take 2 hours

I was highly satisfied. The sales associate was very friendly and professional. I will be returning to this store at international mall. I’m already use to the sales associate that are there.They are very helpful.

I assume the store manager , was hovering over my husband , making him feel so uncomfortable he had to leave the store. While the sales associate was showing us the jewelry we felt like she thought we were going to steal the products, extremely unprofessional.

There wasn’t any of the charms that I wanted.

I was satisfied! Everything was good. The customer service was perfect, they were kind and helpful all the time.

There was really no reason at all I just don’t think there was a ton of things for me to be highly satisfied.

Great product , great staff and fast shopping.
