At first only trainees were available to see me since the store was packed. They didn’t know the merchandise well since they were brand new but they tried very hard to assist until a trained employee was available. After that it took literally 5 minutes to look at the charms and purchase them .

I've never shopped at Pandora before until now and as soon as I bought my first charm, I was excited. I found what I was looking for easily with the help with an associate and made my experience very satisfying. Now I see myself shopping there every once in a while completing my bracelet.
