store was very neat and clean, the staff have a systematic approach to facilitate faster customer service through the holidays, although it is a practice I have seen at other pandora stores. Maybe offering clients in line a small bottle of water would go a long way to ease the waiting and hopefully increase sales.

I waited 1 hour in line to finally been attended. There was a situation between manager and a customer where security was called. However, Lizbeth was friendly quick and I will return because of her.
