The ladies at the store were nice and helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the raffle, it was the event to show the new Pandora gold collection and there were no winners, on previous days they invited stating that they will give away several gift cards, but they did not give away anything since the people they drew were not there. The sales associate knew exactly which charm I wanted within seconds after I told her what the charm was. She also was very knowledgeable about the pandora cleaning products. The products for cleaning the charms had a great price since I originally just wanted the little charm key, this one had it included.
