We were greatly pleased with the customer service given. Very knowledgeable employee with an excellent attitude towards customers. We were treated very kindly and we were given all the options available to us. Definitely recommend.

I also wanted to add Isabella was the associate that assisted me, she was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. However she wasn’t able to resolve my issue which I needed and the purpose of my visit. She suggested I contact customer services, which I will tomorrow being that it’s the weekend and they’re only open Monday through Friday, hopefully they’ll help me? In the event that they do it’s another trip to the store which I have to go out of my way. They should have someone at the store location to make that call? That way customer don’t have to feel useless with their visit? By the way I purchased a bracelet after all! Go figure?
