The associates were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a particularly difficult customer, and all my my demands were met with a smile in the employees' faces. Especially in this time with the pandemic, I appreciated the cleanliness in the store, and witnessed how the counters were wiped down in between customers.

The associate who assisted me was very nice and I’m knowledge of what I wanted me. Offered me earrings that were the match for my necklace. Very respectful. The team was very mindful of Covid protocols ! Very satisfied
