The eagerness to help when I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly. They pulled out multiple items and ultimately helped me make my purchase.

Clean and well presented store, friendly and knowledgeable staff and they seemed to be friendly and very attentive to all that where brousing the store.

The Baltimore airport store was clean and inviting. The attendant was quick, sharp, and didn't hesitate to make recommendations based on my request. Due to the lack of the on hand to shop, I settled for making a quick purchase. Service was excellent, and the charm was conveniently placed on my bracelet for me, which saved me time.
