This is not the first time I’ve been to this store. The asst manager has been the only one there the last two times and she is rude and confrontational. My safety chain broke and she said I must have caught it on something and need to be more careful. It doesn’t matter how it broke...it was broken and I wanted it replaced. I also asked for her to clean the bracelet and she said she was was too busy.

While the sales people were great, the original merchandise we returned was broken, and this was the second time for the same type of bracelet. The returned, broken bracelet, was no longer in stock so we had to accept a different type and, worst of all, had to pay an additional $25 for it. This is unacceptable to me as the quality of the bracelet is questionable. No more trust in the Pandora brand of jewelry. Charms okay, but no other jewelry.

I feel the product I purchase was not top quality. One of the charms was discolored. I would like to exchange this charm for another. I would love to be contacted by customer service.

I went it to buy a charm specific to Maryland. The charms were dirty, and scratched way beyond what I would expect when purchasing a $60 charm. This is not the quality I would expect and will be returning when I go back to Maryland. Then I bought a exclusive "Ireland" charm that the associate told me that you could only buy there and then the associate in Maryland told me that wasn't true. So I was lied to and bought something I could have bought in the states.

Customer service was very poor. Poor attitude and unfriendly. Prices on items were not marked properly. Quality and selections of items available did not meet expectations.

Staff lacking customer service skills. Not welcoming . Gave impression they didn’t want to be bothered no enthusiasm. Not smiling act as if they could care less if I purchased or not. Will not return to this location In Baltimore airport

I bought my items, the sales associate rung me up and I asked did Pandora offer military discount. She said yes but she already rung me up and would have to return and rering it. Well 15.00 is a savings to me and then she said sorry. I was not pleased with that answer, I’ll just return everything to another store but I read the fine print and since a few items were clearanced I guess I’m doomed. I served 24 years to able to get something for my service, only to be told she already rung me up.

I did NOT purchase anything from this store I was not in that state not in the airport. I received the email receipt and called the store multiple times over several days. No one answered the phone. Voice mail box was full. I’ve spent time with identity theft, credit reporting and fraud people trying to see how far my identity was compromised. I don’t have a credit card ending in those digits AND WOULD LIKE YOU TO GIVE ME THE FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER and ISSUER SO I CAN CONTACT THEM. I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE and not for this just to go in your survey results. Thank you I am hoping I can say if you respond with a human

The sales associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would return to this store if ever in the DC area again.
