Friendly service, nice selection of merchandise

Kristen P. was ok, but her only comments to me about the products I was interested in was, "Do you want to buy it?" I was asking questions and she was not familiar with the products. I told her that I wanted to buy some of the same earrings that I had for an elderly friend, because they were easy to put in my ear and posts that would snap into place (Double Band Pave Earrings). She showed me a few styles. Even when neither I nor she could close them easily, she still asked if I wanted to buy them. I was like, "No, they won't work for a 91 year old woman!" I did buy a bracelet, but she wasn't famiiar with the sizes. It was only because I loved it. Due to her fake nails, she couldn't even put it on me! Lastly, she asked the person she was assisting ahead of me if she was on a time crunch. We were in the BWI airport; of course she was on a time crunch! She was a little ditzy. I had been waiting patiently as I could see that there were other people, but when it was my turn, she asked someone else what she could do for them, even when I had said that I was next. It was only due to the other clerk telling her that I should be helped first that I was indeed given service.

There were 3 associates. The one who waited on me had to look up everything, could not help with trying on as she could not work the clasps, and sighed every time I asked to see something else. She was nice, but I wouldn’t choose her.

I am in a sorority and there are no Sorority Greek letters or anything representing Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.There is also nothing representing Order of the Eastern Star. It would be nice to have something to represent my organizations.

The store merchandise was not organized! Items couldn't be located and prices not marked!! The store manager couldn't locate the price of a charm!!!

I knew what my wife wanted and was lured into the store at BWI airport with the large 30% off sign. I asked for the item I wanted (Rose Gold necklace: 0030299760 382234C00-45 No Color 045 Pandora Moments) was told they didn't have it. Asked again because it's a "staple". Another salesperson found the necklace. I asked for a 19" and they wrapped it up. Got home and the whole necklace is less than 18" and less substantial than a silver one I previously purchased. I travel out of BWI very frequently and love to surprise my wife with gifts from Pandora but the service and attitude of the employees make me want to walk by. Most times I do, but as I said, I was lured in with the 30% off sale that did not even apply to this purchase. Result: I spent nearly $350 for a lesser quality, shorter necklace than one costing half as much. All while having to convince your staff you had it!

The associate was not interested in looking for what I requested and was aloof and indifferent until I purchased a tiny pendant for $260 which she shared was a 30% discount. I love the style of the pendant but I should not have paid for something of that quality Extremely lightweight (i sincerely doubt that it is gold as I was told), for that price. The tag/box says Made in China. Very disappointing. I'm skeptical as whether or not I was charged correctly.

The sales associate Shaquantay N did not treat me a valued customer as I had been in my other visits in this store. I made a comment about the price of the item being $100 which I still think is high for the value and she said so you think this is too high? She immediately returned the whole tray to the case as to end my inquiry. After I committed to buying the earrings, she placed them in a used box with dirt and scuff marks. I asked for a new box and inquired if the earrings are new or if the box belonged to the ones I am buying. Generally, I did not feel like I was a valued customer and my wife does not want to wear the earrings due to sanitary concerns. I intend to return them on my next visit.

I felt very rushed during my experience. It seemed like I was holding the sales associate back from lunch. I did not feel as if my business was appreciated.
