It was not the level for celestial spiritual experience so even though Pandora is good it doesn’t reach that halcyon other world level of “highly satisfied” for which I reserve for being in the presence of the supreme being. But not to worry not much in this world makes that cualification.

A sales associate did not greet me when I entered the store. They were not busy. and I was the only customer in the store. One did not speak and the other was on the back register and never looked up until I approached her for assistance. At that point, the associate was nice and gave great service. I am real big on being greeted/ acknowledged when entering a place of business.

The items are getting more and more expensive, and the quality has remained the same and the warranty is only a year, and not for life.

I felt that Ms Virginia could have been a little more friendly. The other associate was helping another customer and I had to walk over to her and ask for assistance. She asked me to pick out all the charms I liked 1st then she would give me the prices. The other associate (I observed) allowed her customer to choose a charm and she then gave her the price immediately before moving on to a different charm.

Sales person wasn't friendly at all. She was helpful, but not friendly. We were on a lay-over at Baltimore airport.

THE NECKLESS I PURCHASED HAS A VERY THIN CHAIN AND IS SUSCEPTIBLE TO BREAKING. WAS NOT AWARE AS I DON'T PURCHASE THAT MUCH JEWERLY

Visiting this area from North Carolina. MOst likely will visit one there again.

There's always room for improvement.

The manager who I was speaking with and purchased a ring from did not seem like she had the time for me, she was helping another person as well, I was purchasing a gift, she never even offered me a box. My mother who was with me purchased a bracelet from another sales person who was friendly, made a big deal about the purchase gave her information about other items. Not a huge big deal, but I saw what the experience should have been.
