I went in to have my bracelet cleaned during my layover. I took advantage of the promotion however i was told that that clasp on the new bracelet i had was stiff and hard to open because it was so new. The next day i went to the pandora in the charlotte airport for another layover and the sales associate told me that i was lied to and it seems that i was given a defective bracelet because the clasp shouldn't be that hard to open. I LOVED the associate who sold me the bracelet in the BWI airport, but i am disappointed in this bracelet if it is defective.

the price with no discounts is not very competitive. And the item seems somewhat normal and boring now. Well, i bought it at the airport so it is unlikely to visit the sore again.

I return home to return some items at my local store and was refused. Learned Pandoras' stores are independently owned. So no refund. Will not buy abroad unless I really want it.

did not see the crab charm I wanted, was not happy with the quality of the cross charm I purchased, it is very thin compared to my other charms, looks cheap
