Fine experience,just was press for time in airport

I was for something specific for Maryland and there was not alot to choose from

The item I selected had a price tag of 15.00 on it, however when it rang up, it was 20.00. Someone in the store incorrectly placed the wrong label on the item. I do feel an adjustment should have been made.

The airport store had a small line so had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen, and your payment machine was having some slowness with processing.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because of the selection of charms they was. They lady that was help was getting impatient with me because of the poor selection.

Good friendly service My only issue is how hard it is for me to take my bracelet on and off. Someone has yo assist me. I didn't realize when I bought it as the sales lady put it on me.

The first sales associate I dealt with was lovely. Then the manager helped us and she was very....cold, sassy, not friendly and didn’t know as much.

It was crowded and I couldn’t view the bracelets till I was able to talk to employee behind counter but after that it was a great experience
