The person who helped me was not as inositol as the other associate. Once I figured out what I wanted to get she was better able to assist but often asked for help from the other associate

Didnt have full stock of all charms for birthstones

It's not that I had a problem. It's because I can never find the Pandora Maryland Crab. I did find something else but that is not I went for

I went a few weeks ago and the lay that helped was so wonderful. I happen to be back at this location and wanted another ring. The young lady was very nice but didn’t want to show me all the options of rings like she was afraid was going to take them all. There was an older lady I would say maybe the manager and she was on the phone would not answer the young lady’s questions and was annoyed that we needed her help. I told the young lady what size ring I wear and she would give me 8s or 6s says they were 7s when I did find a ring I liked and fit she put it back in the case and went to find another else wear and wouldn’t let me buy the one I tried on. So had to start all over on finding the right size.

The sales associates were nice, but not extremely friendly. They met the minimum standard, but I’ve definitely had nicer and more enthusiastic salespeople in other pandora stores. I didn’t have a bad experience but definitely not the best or the worst as I’ve been a regular Pandora customer for at least 5 years.

The sales associate took an inordinately long time with a simple transaction. I’m not sure what took so long— maybe polishing my charm? There was a lot of packaging and I finally said I’d just take it out of the box.

There should be more options available with respect to more styles in rings
