Excellent customer service. I was traveling and the sales associate wrapped my purchases accordingly.

First of all, the selection of beads is extensive. I was looking for a bead that was reflective of the area I was visiting (D.C.) and right away the sales woman pulled out several for me to choose from. Second, she gladly placed this bead onto my Pandora bracelet, which meant she had to take off all my beads in order to place the new one wear I wanted it. She did this freely and happily. Third, the store is attractive and easly to walk around.

I visited the BWI AIRPORT location and was helped by the store manager... she was very helpful and if I'm ever in that airport again, I will be sure to shop with her again.

I was in the airport returning home and just browsing. The pear shaped ring caught my eye. I justified purchasing it as a birthday present to myself. I have always bought myself a birthday and Christmas present. I love the ring.

i know what i want when i enter the store an di want to get it and it get out. i want them to find it and move fast. they did.

Great value for the merchandise, excellent assistance from the associate at the BWI Airport store and excellently designed and kept store. The price for the merchandise was attractive and fair.

I was not highly satdieked because when I walked in I was not acknowledged. The associate was talking to another associate and did not acknowledge me until I had been there for a few minutes waiting.

I was looking for some specific charms that apparently are no longer made. They had nothing similar to what I was looking for either, but in the end I did find something that worked

Had to change planes and as going to my gate the store was right there.
